Someone's little girl

I recently found this old photograph of this pretty little girl at the tip. Someone had thrown her out.

I think she's beautiful and I adore her pink silk dress, just look at the handmade waterlily flowers that have been attached to the skirt and the little flowers around her neck.

Not to mention the gorgeous soft blue bonnet that perfectly matches the flowers on her dress & the sweetest little bouquet of pink roses and blue forget me not flowers with the long thin blue ribbon.

Who was the stylist? Was it her mother....

Don't worry, who ever this little girl is - she's safe here now on my blog

for everyone to see & send her love & she will not be forgotten.

  1. OH my. I always find it so sad when I have an old photograph that I know once meant something to someone. I always think "You wouldn't have wanted this?"
This photograph is wonderful. I would love one like that of my little girls!

  2. Coty, I am so happy you adopted this lovely little girl. I feel the same exactly. I would have taken it inside my home and wondered about her, just as you did. What a lovely thing, Coty. It shows us your heart. Sending love, darling....
